1. ABOUT US

POV History is a sole proprietorship operated by Amir Ismayilov, registered in Ontario, Canada. We sell print-on-demand apparel and related merchandise featuring original historical illustrations and POV-style artwork.

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or your local currency depending on your region. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability. Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, illustrations, artwork, photography, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of POV History, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Historical figures and events depicted are for educational and artistic purposes and are not intended to imply endorsement.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you post reviews, images, or content tagging @official.povhistory, you grant POV History a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes with attribution to your handle.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POV History is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
